Rapid and durable treatment technology for asphalt driveway repair?

   Cracks are the primary early damage mechanism for asphalt driveway repair on high-speed roads, national highways, provincial roads, county roads, urban roads, etc. Failure to repair cracks promptly will accelerate pavement damage, leading to severe problems such as potholes,water damage, pavement depressions, and road collapses.

    The traditional method of crack repair involves hot melt filling,using materials like asphalt and sealant. However, this asphalt driveway repair method suffers several kinds of issues such as low efficiency, dust emissions, high energy consumption, high CO2 emissions, pavement damage, and long traffic disruptions.

    In light of these issues, Beijing JIAGE WEIYE collaborated with Highway Institute of the Ministry of Transportation,researching the causes and variations of road cracks in different regions and seasons of China, Integrating technologies from the waterproofing field and validated and adjusted through over a thousand projects,they developed a set of technologies including cold patch asphalt,Pavement asphalt sealant,road asphalt tape and anti-crack patch.. 

   Based on different types of cracks, we summarized a comprehensive and rapid asphalt pavement crack repair system.In a more energy conservation and environmental protection and carbon-reducing manner, achieved rapid and durable repairs for various types of cracks in asphalt road surfaces, including mesh cracks, branch cracks, transverse cracks, and longitudinal cracks.
